Walnut Hills Apartments is an owner operated set of rental units close to the campus and downtown Warrensburg. Walnut Hills are 3 bed/ 2 bath apartments, and quite spacious at 1,150 sqft. The units are well maintained, in a great setting close to Lion's Lake and Pertle Springs. Built in 2000, each apartment is all electric and comes with a washer/dryer (in unit). Tenant is responsible for water,  Pets are allowed on approval and with a refundable pet deposit of $150 and $20 a month extra.
